Aging may lead to shopping difficulties for consumers and online which is mostly associated with young provide elderly people easy access the products needed. This article expands our understanding of behavior by comparing elder who had previous experience without such an in terms their demographic characteristics. Theory Planned Behavior used explore future intentions two groups, attitudes towards shopping, perceived behavioral control subjective norms. The findings this research illustrate differences between groups age, education, income. At same time shows importance consumers’ characteristics especially on dimension Behavior.
